2 lg Heads romaine lettuce;
2/3 c Green onions; chopped
1 cn (11-oz) mandarin oranges;
1/4 c Italian salad dressing;
-FAT-FREE
1 pk (2-oz) toasted almonds;
-toasted
Rince lettuce and drain on paper towels. Tear leaves into bite-sized
pieces, and place them in a salad bowl. Clean and chop green onions,
including tops; add to the lettuce. Drain liquid from oranges,
reserving liquid for other uses. Add orange slices to salad; toss
salad well so all ingredients are well mixed. Garnish top of salad
with toasted almonds. Makes 4 servings = 1/4 recipe 1 serving. Food
