Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3 Ripe avocados, peeled and
-mashed
1 cn (10 oz) RO*TEL Diced
Tomatoes and Green Chilies,
-drained
1 md Onion, chopped
ds Hot pepper sauce
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
2 tb Lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
Makes about 1 quart dip.
