Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1/4 c Olive oil 1 c Chicken broth
3 cl Garlic; chopped 1/2 c Romano cheese; grated
1 bn Broccoli; chopped 1/2 lb Rotini pasta
1 Red pepper; sliced

Boil, steam or microwave broccoli until crisp tender. Heat oil in
large skillet; cook garlic over low heat for 1 minute. Add peppers
and pre-cooked broccoli; stir fry over high heat for 4 minutes. Pour
in broth and cook 3 minutes. Add cooked pasta and cheese; season to
taste and toss. 412 calories and 18 grams fat. Source: Store ad
