Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 cn (16 Oz) Black-Eyed Peas, -chopped
-drained 1 tb Seasoned Salt
1 md Jalapeno -- minced 2 tb Chili Powder
1/4 sm White Onion -- chopped 2 tb Ground Cumin
1/3 c Italian Dressing 1/4 ts Ground Red Pepper
1/2 Green Bell Pepper --
Combine black-eyed peas with remaining ingredients. Serve chilled
with corn chips. Makes 5 cups.
