6 1/2 oz Crab meat, can, drainflaked 1/4 c Dark rum
1 tb Capers 2 tb Prepared mustard
2 Eggs, hard cooked, quartered 3/4 ts Salt
2 tb Lime juice, fresh 1/2 ts Black pepper, fresh ground
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Start at
slow speed and increase to high. Serve as a spread with crackers or
thin toast fingers.
