Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1/4 c STAR Red Wine Vinegar Mixed salad greens (bite-
1/4 c Strained pureed raspberries -size pieces)
1 tb Honey Thinly sliced onion
2 Garlic cloves, minced PRECIOUS Mozzarella Cheese,
1/2 t Dried oregano leaves,crushed -shredded
1/2 c STAR Olive Oil

In a small bowl mix vinegar, raspberries, honey, garlic and oregano.
Gradually whisk in oil. Place greens and onion in large bowl. Toss
with enough dressing to coat. Reserve remaining dressing for another
use. Sprinkle salad with mozzarella cheese.
