Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 c Torn mixed salad greens -dressing (from appetizer
1/2 c Fresh mushroom slices -recipe)
2 tb Capers 2 tb Dijon mustard
3/4 Reserved viniagrette
Divide salad greens and mushroom slices onto two salad plates. Sprinkle
each with 1 tablespoon capers. Combine viniagrette dressing with mustard
~- mix well. Pour mustard viniagrette over salads. Makes 2 servings.
