Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 tb Red wine vinegar ;crosswise into 1/8 inch
1 ts Sugar ;thick slices
1 ts Salt 1 sm Onion, red; peeled, cut into
Black pepper; freshly ground ;1/8 inch thick slices and
1 c Sour cream ;separated into rings
24 md Radish; trimmed and cut

Combine the vinegar, sugar, salt and a few grindings of pepper in a
salad or serving bowl and stir thoroughly. Beat in the cream a few
tablespoons at a time, then fold in the radishes and onion rings.
Taste for seasoning. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour
before serving.
