Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3 c Water
1 c Soy sauce
1/3 c Brown sugar
1/3 c White sugar
1/3 c Kosher salt
1/2 ts Onion powder
1/2 ts Garlic powder
1/2 ts Pepper
Stir until ingredients are dissolved. Marinate fillets overnight. Air
dry fillets and smoke as usual.
