12 sl Bacon, turkey, cubed 1/2" pi 1/2 ts Chili powder
1 md Potato; cut into small cubes 5 Eggs, beaten
2 Green onions; thinly sliced

Prep Time: 10 min. Cooking Time: 17 min.
Place turkey bacon and potato in nonstick skillet. Cook on medium
heat 12 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender, stirring
frequently.
Stir in onion and chili powder. Pour egg product evenly over
mixture; cover. Reduce heat to low and cook 5 minutes or until
mixture is set.
Cut into 4 wedges.
Makes 4 servings.
Per serving using egg product: Cal 265; fat 8 g; protein 14 g;
choleste 40 mg; carbohydrate 9 g; sodium 775 mg.
