Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 lb Minced sausage, brown and 12 sl Sandwich bread, cubed
Drain Without crust
9 Eggs, beaten 1 1/2 ts Dry mustard
1 1/2 c Grated sharp cheddar cheese 1 1/2 ts Salt
3 c Milk 1/2 ts Pepper
Beat eggs. Add milk and dry ingredients. Stir in cubed bread. Pour
into large greased baking dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Allow to set at room temperature 1/2 hour before baking. Bake at 350
degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting to
