Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 lb Fresh mushrooms; sliced 1/4 ts Seasoned salt
2 tb Dry sherry 1/8 ts Pepper
1 ts Margarine 1/4 c Chopped fresh parsley
1/4 ts Paprika
Combine all ingredients in a large skillet. Cover and cook over
medium heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Yield: 4 servings.
(about 43 calories per serving).
