Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 cn Cream of celery or mushroom -dash of paprika
-soup 1/4 c Milk
1/8 ts Black pepper 1/8 ts Salt
4 c Potatoes, sliced 1/2 c Onion, sliced
1 c Cheddar Cheese, shredded 1 tb Margarine

Combine soup, milk, salt and pepper into a Pam sprayed 1 1/2 quart
shallow baking dish. Arrange alternate layers of onion, potatoes,
cheese and soup mixture. Dot with margarine. Sprinkle with paprika.
Cover and bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees. Uncover and bake another
`15 minutes until done. Serves 4-6.
