Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

4 c Soft bread crumbs
1/4 c Butter, melted
4 c Rhubarb, in one inch pieces
2 c Sugar
Little cinnamon
Few lemon rind gratings
Few orange rind gratings

Fill a buttered baking dish, in layers, in order given. Cover tightly
and bake in a moderate oven about 30 minutes. You might want to serve
this with some whipped cream or maybe just some regular cream to
moisten it up a bit.
