Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1/2 c Onion -- chopped 2 ts Chili powder
1/4 c Green pepper -- chopped 1 1/2 ts Salt
1 cn Tomatoes -- 16 oz w/liquid 1 ts Ground cumin
1 cn Mild chili beans -- 16 oz 1/2 ts Pepper
W/sauce Cooked spaghetti, optional
1 lb Ground beef

Puree onion, green pepper, tomatoes and beans in a blender or food
processor until smooth. In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, brown the
beef; drain. Add seasonings and the pureed vegetables. Simmer over
low heat for 1 hour. Add cooked spaghetti before serving if desired.
Yield: 4-6 servings (1-1/2 quarts)
