12 Crepes; 1/4 c Olives;chopped
2 Sole;cubed;fillets 1/8 c White Wine
1/2 c Shrimp 3 tb Butter
1/3 c Crab 3 tb Lemon Juice
1/3 c Green Onion;chopped 1 1/2 c MORNAY SAUCE
1/3 c Mushrooms;chopped 3 Garlic;minced;cloves
Make Crepes, omitting powdered sugar. Make MORNAY SAUCE. Keep
crepes warm in warm oven and MORNAY SAUCE warm over low heat.
Melt butter in saute pan; add all other ingredients except wine.
Saute thoroughly for about 7 minutes; turn up heat, add white wine
and cook another 3 - 4 minutes.
Remove crepes from oven; carefully stuff and roll each crepe. Pour
MORNAY SAUCE over crepes and serve.
