Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

--------------------------DRESSING-------------------------------
1/2 c Salad oil 1 tb Dried parsley
1/4 c White vinegar 1/8 ts Salt
1 ea Garlic clove, crushed, then 1/8 ts Black pepper
-chopped fine

---------------------------SALAD--------------------------------
2 ea Tomatoes, cut into bite 1/4 ea Sweet red pepper, chunked
-sized chunks 1/4 ea Sweet yellow pepper, chunked
1 ea Long english cucumber, 1/4 ea Sweet orange pepper, chunked
-chunked 1 c Black olives, halved
1 md Red onion, chunked 1 c Feta cheese, crumbled
1 lg Green pepper, chunked

Mix dressing ingredients up, and set aside. In large container, mix
salad ingredients together. Pour dressing over top, and cover.
Allow salad to sit overnight to fully blend flavors. **NOTE** I use a
large plastic container. Once the salad and dressing is all mixed, I
turn it over from time to time to allow the dressing to get mixed
thorougly without crushing any of the chunks of veggies.
