Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 Pheasant - disjointed
1/2 c Flour
2 ts Salt
3/4 c Butter
1/2 c Dry sherry
2 tb Soy sauce
2 tb Lemon juice
1/4 c Ginger-chopped

Combine flour and salt, coat the pheasant pieces with the mixture.
Melt a half cup butter, brown pheasant on all sides and place
pheasant pieces in a covered dish. In a saucepan combine the
remaining butter, sherry, soy sauce, lemon juice and ginger. Bring to
a boil stirring constantly and pour over pheasant. Bake in a
preheated 350 oven for about one hour or until tender. Turn pheasant
once during baking.
