Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
6 Boneless chicken breasts
3 Cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 c Olive oil
1 Lemon, squeezed
1 tb Paprika
1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
1 c Yogurt
2 tb Sumac (Lebanese Spice,
Optional)
1 ts Each salt, pepper ginger
Cut chicken in small cubes. Mix remaining ingredients and marinate
chicken overnight (in refrigerator, or at least 2 hours). Thread
chicken on skewers and barbeque on charcoal grill or under broiler.
