Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

5 lb Chicken; cut into pieces 1 cup
2/3 c Shoyu;(soy sauce) 1 c Water;
1/3 c Brewed coffee; 1/2 Inch fresh ginger root;
1 c Sugar; =peeled minced
-=OR=- 2 cl Garlic
SUGAR SUBSTITUTE equal to

Combine all ingredients in an eight-quart pot. Bring to a boil. Cover and
simmer over medium heat for 30 to 40 minutes. Do not stir. Keep covered
