Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

-CHUCK OZBURN (HBWK07A) 1 ts Paprika
1/2 lb Shrimp; cooked, cleaned 1 c Sharp cheddar cheese; cubed
2 tb Butter 3 -slices white bread; cubed
2 tb Flour 2 tb Butter; melted
2/3 c Evaporated milk Grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 c Water

Arrange shrimp on the bottom of a 1 quart butter baking dish;
melt butter in a saucepan, add flour, and cook the roux gently for
1 to 2 minutes; whisk in the milk and water and cook until sauce is
thick and smooth; add paprika and cheddar cheese, stirring until
cheese is melted; pour sauce over shrimp; toss the bread with melted
butter and spread evenly over shrimp; sprinkle with Parmesan and bake
in a pre-heated 400F oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbly and
golden brown.
