2 lb Shrimp, cooked and peeled 5 tb Parsley, chopped
1 c Olive oil (or salad oil) 3/4 c Creole mustard
1/2 c Tarragon vinegar 2 1/2 ts Salt
1 1/4 c Celery, chopped 1/2 ts Black pepper
2 1/2 ts Green pepper, chopped 1/4 c Paprika
1 tb Onion, chopped
Mix all ingredients and let marinate in refrigerator
for twenty-four hours, stirring often. Use as salad,
