43 g Crab surimi seafood chunks
2 tb Nonfat mayonnaise
1/2 oz Celery -- chopped
1/2 oz Onion -- finely chopped
2 sl Light bread
3/4 oz Lettuce leaves
Cut crab in half or shred. Combine with mayonaise, celery, and onion.
Serve on bread with lettuce.
