Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 1/2 lb Boneless inside,round steak 10 oz Can sliced mushrooms liq.
1 1/2 tb Oil 1/2 c Dry sherry (opt)
2 lg Onions,rings cut 1/2" 1 1/2 ts Garlic salt
10 oz Can mushroom soup

Cut steak into thin strips. In a large skillet brown meat in hot oil.
Add onions and saute until tender crisp. Blend together soup, liquid
from mushrooms, sherry and garlic salt and pour over steak. Add the
mushrooms. Reduce heat, cover and simmer mixture for 1 hour, or until
tender. Serve with fluffy rice.
