1/2 lb Bowties, cooked 1 cn (6 1/8oz) tuna packed in
1/2 lb 1% fat cottage cheese Canola oil, drained and
2 ts Nonfat sour cream Flaked
1 tb Parmesan cheese Black pepper
1 ts Dried basil, crumbled 1/4 c Cookin water from pasta
1 c Thawed frozen peas
Puree cottage cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, basil and cooking water.
Combine with pasta and stir in peas, tuna and pepper.
