Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 tb Vegetable oil -cored, and sliced into
1/2 ts Ground cloves -wedges
4 md Cooking apples; peeled, 2 tb Orange marmalade
Combine vegetable oil and cloves in a medium bowl; add apples,
stirring well to coat slices. Fry apples, covered, in a large
skillet over medium heat 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove
cover; stir in marmalade and continue cooking, uncovered, 3 to 5
minutes. Yield: 4 servings.
