Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 lb Ground beef 1 tb Chili powder
1 Onion, chopped 1/2 ts Cinnamon
1 tb Vinegar 1 Garlic clove; chopped
15 oz Tomato sauce 1/4 ts Red pepper
1 ts Worcester sauce 1/2 ts Allspice
1 Bay leaf 1/3 tb Salt
12 oz Tomato juice 1/4 ts Pepper
12 oz ;Water
Brown ground beef and onion. Drain fat. Add remaining ingredients,
stirring well after each addition. Simmer 2 hours or until liquid is
sufficiently reduced. Serve over spaghetti. Top with chopped onions
and grated Colby or Cheddar cheese; serve oyster crackers on side.
