See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
1 lb Fresh yellow/green beans 2 tb Olive oil
2 Scallions; finely chopped 2 ts Dijon mustard
2 tb Fresh mixed herbs: 1/2 Lemon
-sage, tarragon, thyme, Salt and pepper to taste
-marjoram or basil
Trim beans and cut into 2" pieces. Steam them with a little water in a
covered saucepan about 5 min until cooked but still a little crisp.
Drain and toss with the seasonings. Serve hot or cold as a salad.
