See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
2 pk Crab or lobster delights*
1 md Tomato, chopped
1/2 c Red onion, finely chopped
1/2 c Green pepper, chopped
1/2 c Yogurt, plain low-fat
2 oz Feta cheese, fine crumbled
1/4 c Cilantro, chopped
1/4 c Mayonnaise
1 cl Garlic, minced
1/4 ts Black pepper, fresh ground
4 Pita breads, cut in half
*Louis Kemp Fat Free Crab or Lobster Delights. May use up to 3 oz
feta cheese and up to 6 pita breads.
In a large bowl, combine all ingreditents ::except:: bread; mix well.
Chill. Serve seafood mixture in pita bread halves OR on lettuce
leaves, as desired.
