Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

x Vegetable cooking spray
1 ts Light sesame oil
1/2 lb Fresh snow pea pods, trimmed
1/2 c Diagonally sliced carrot
1/4 c Sliced water chestnuts
1/2 c Canned no-salt-added chicken
-broth, undiluted
1 ts Low-sodium soy sauce
1 ts Cornstarch

Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Add oil, and place over
medium-high heat until hot. Add snow peas and carrot. Saute 2
minutes. Add water chestnuts and broth. Bring to a boil. Cover,
reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes or until vegetables are
crisp-tender.

Combine soy sauce and cornstarch, stirring until cornstarch
dissolves. Add to vegetale mixture. Cook over medium heat, stirring
constantly, until suace th8ickens. Serve immediately. (Serving
size: 1/2 cup.)
