Preheat oven to 350. Mix mushrooms, shallots, parsley, salt and pepper
together in bowl. Spread mixture in bottom of greased, shallow baking
dish. Place fish fillets over mushrooms. Add enough wine tocover
bottom of dish. Bring to a simmer on stovetop. Cover baking dish with
