Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

2 lb Ground beef 1 cn Mushroom soup
1 pk Fresh or frozen broccoli 1 cn Onion rings
1 cn Chicken and rice soup 8 oz Mozzarella or cheddar cheese

While browning ground beef, cook broccoli. Mix soups together and
heat. Place half of browned beef into an 8 x 10 inch casserole dish,
covering bottom of dish. Layer in half the broccoli, chopped onion
rings, cheese and soup. Repeat layers.

Bake in a 350 F oven until mixture bubbles.

Serves 4 to 6.
