See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
1/2 md Cucumber 1 ts Dill; fresh, chopped OR
1 c Dairy sour cream 1/2 ts Dried dill
2 tb Lemon juice 1 ts [or more] grated onion
1 ts Sugar [opt'l] 1 ds Hot pepper sauce
1/2 ts Salt [opt'l]
Halve the cucumber lengthwise, removing the seeds and then cut the
cucumber in pieces. Add to a blender containing all of the rest
of the ingredients and blend in short bursts until the cucumber is
finely chopped. (When necessary, stop the blender and use a rubber
spatula to scrape down the sides.) Refrigerate at least one hour
to chill and allow flavors to blend before using.
Makes 1 3/4 cups.
