This amount serves four 1 c Shredded coconut
-generously. 1 c Small marshmallows
1 c Drained mandarin oranges 1 c Commercial sour cream
1 c Drained crushed pineapple
Combine all ingredients. Spoon into ring mold or loaf pan. Let stand
at least 12 hours. Serve on crisp greens. Garnish with maraschino
cherries.
