Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
6 Pork chops 1/2 c Chicken broth
Sage 1/4 c White wine
Salt and pepper 1/2 c Sour cream
1 tb Oil 2 ts Flour
1 Onion -- sliced
Sprinkle chops with sage, salt, and pepper. Brown in oil. Add onion
and cook 1 minute. Add broth and wine. Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
Remove chops from skillet. Combine sour cream with flour; add to pan
and stir until smooth. Return chops to pan and heat through.
