1/4 c Margarine or butter 1/8 ts Pepper
1 md Onion, chopped 1 cn RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes and
1 lg Green pepper, chopped -Green Chilies (10 oz)
1 Garlic clove, minced 1 lb Shrimp, shelled and deveined
1 pk Diced pimientos (4 oz) Cooked rice
1/8 ts Salt
In a large skillet, melt margarine; saute onion, pepper and garlic
until tender. Stir in pimientos, salt, pepper and RO*TEL; simmer 10
minutes. Add shrimp and cook until done, about 5 minutes, stirring
occasionally. Serve with cooked rice.
