6 cups unsalted hot air -popped
popcorn
2 cups whole grain toasted oat cereal
2 tablespoons margarine
1/2 teaspoon chile powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Mix popcorn and cereal in large bowl. Heat margarine, chile powder, cumin and garlic powder until margarine is melted. Drizzle over popcorn mixture; toss. Immediately sprinkle with cheese; toss. Serve warm.
