Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/4 c Chili powder 2 tb Dried oregano
1/4 c Onion powder 2 tb Dried basil
2 tb Ground cumin 1 tb Dried thyme
2 tb Coriander 1 tb Garlic powder
Combine all ingredients. Store in an airtight container. Use as a
seasoning for cooked vegetables, grilled meats or chip dips. Yield: 1
cup. editor"s Note: for use as a dip, combine 1 tablespoon mix with 1
cup sour cream and salt to taste. Chill for 1 hr.
