1 cn White albacore; 1 ts Tarragon; finely chopped
3 tb Nonfat yogurt; 1/2 ts Lemon juice; fresh
1/4 c Cucumber; chopped 1 ts Low-sodium soy sauce;
2 tb White onion; finely chopped Whole wheat pita bread;
1 tb Celery; finely chopped 1 Tomato; thinly sliced
1 ts Dijon mustard; Radish sprouts;
Fill to halved pita breads with tomato, radish sprouts and the tuna
