See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
1/2 lb Beef, ground 1/4 ts Salt
4 oz Tomato paste 1/4 ts Pepper
1 c Water 1/4 ts Chili powder
1/4 c Green pepper; diced 1/4 ts Hot sauce
1/4 c Onion; minced 2 oz Mushrooms, sliced; drained
1 Bay leaf Spaghetti; hot, cooked
1/2 ts Garlic salt
Cook ground beef until browned, and drain well; stir in tomato paste
and water. Bring to a boil, and stir in next 8 ingredients. Reduce
heat; cover and simmer 40 minutes, adding water as needed.
Stir in mushrooms, and simmer 5 additional minutes; remove bay leaf.
Serve over spaghetti.
