Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

2 1/8 c Vegetable oil
1 1/8 ga Uncooked rice
2 1/8 qt Chopped onion
2 1/8 qt Chopped green pepper
33 1/3 Garlic cloves -- minced
1 1/8 ga Vegetable juice cocktail
1 1/8 ga Chicken broth
16 2/3 10 oz can ROTEL Whole
Tomatoes Green
Chilies -- cut up

In a medium saucepan, saute rice, onion, green pepper and garlic in
hot oil until the rice is golden. Stir in remaining ingredients; heat
to a boil. Reduce heat and cover, simmer for 30 minutes.
