8 c Bite-size pieces salad
-greens
3 tb Olive or vegetable oil
4 ts Red wine vinegar
1/8 ts Salt
Freshly ground pepper
1/2 sm Red onion, thinly sliced
12 Pitted green olives
3 Roma (plum) tomatoes,sliced
1 cn (6 oz.) tuna in water,
-drained and flaked
Toss salad greens, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper in large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients; toss. Makes 4 servings. Typed in MMFormat
