Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 cn Spam, thinly sliced

Raisins (optional)
Walnuts (optional)
1 pk Frozen puff pastry
1/3 c Sugar mixed with
1 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Nutmeg
Apples peeled and sliced

Mix sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg together. Follow the directions on the
package for the pastry (cooking time, temp etc.)

For the filling. Open the sheet of pastry and layer the apples, Spam,
sugar mixture, ( raisins and nuts if you wish) down the middle 1/3 of
the pastry. Fold over the two sides and seal. Turn over onto a
cookie sheet and slash the top layer of pastry. Sprinkle with sugar.
Bake as directed. Serve with a dessert beer.
