Trace cookie cutter shapes onto paper. Place waxed paper over design.
Outline design with glue. Coat surface with glue fill with glitter.
Let set. Shake off extra glitter. Let dry (may take several days).
Cut out do the same to the reversed side. Make hole in top with
point of scissors run a loop of thread or ribbon to use as hanger.
