1 c Yogurt, plain or -ale
-fruit-flavored Mint sprigs (opt)
2 c Chopped fresh fruit -OR
pn Freshly grated nutmeg Fruit slices (opt)
2/3 c Ice-cold champagne, -(for garnish)
-sparkling water or ginger

Combine the yogurt, fruit, and nutmeg in a blender; process until
smooth. Pour into glasses, filling 3/4 full. Top off with champagne,
sparkling water or ginger ale. Gently stir to combine. Garnish with
mint sprigs or fruit slices, if desired. Serves 2.
