Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/4 c Unsalted butter
1/2 c Honey
1/4 c Dijon mustard
1 ts Salt
1 ts Curry powder
Chicken drumsticks; or thigh
Preheat oven to 375.
Melt butter; add honey, mustard, salt and curry powder. Remove from
heat. Roll chicken pieces in mixture to coat. Bake for one hour,
basting frequently.
