1 t salt
1 1/2 t cumin
2 t black pepper,Coarsely Ground
4 t paprika
1 1/2 t cayenne
1 t cinnamon
1/2 c pomegranate juice
1 1/2 t garlic,Minced
1 t dry ginger
1 t thyme leaves
Mix together all ingredients,stuff into casings, and twist into 5-
inch lengths.
