See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
1 c Uncooked orzo or rosamarina 9 oz Pkg frozen cut broccoli,
1/2 c Sliced green onions -thawed
1 cl Garlic, minced 2 tb Olive oil
1/4 ts Crushed red pepper flakes 1 tb Lemon juice
8 oz Cleaned medium shrimp 1 ts Dried basil leaves
15 1/2 oz Can pinto beans, rinsed 2 tb Parmesan cheese
Cook orzo as directed on package. Drain and keep warm. Spray large
nonstick saucepan or Dutch oven with nonstick cooking spray. Heat
over medium high heat until hot. Add onions, garlic, red pepper
flakes and shrimp. Cook and stir 2-4 minutes or until shrimp turns
pink. Add cooked orzo and remaining ingredients except cheese; mix
well. Cover and cook over medium low heat until thoroughly heated,
stirring occasionally. Stir in cheese.
Per serving: 450 calories, 26g pro., 65g carb., 10g fiber, 10g fat,
90mg chol., 180mg sod., 690mg pot., 3 1/2 starch, 1 1/2 lean meat, 1
vegetable and 1 fat exchange.
