2 c Mushrooms; sliced
1 c Onions; chopped
1 tb Olive oil
1 Cl Garlic; minced
2 c Stewed tomatoes; chopped
1 14 1/2 oz water
1 cn Tomato sauce; (8 oz)
1/2 c Salsa
2 tb Basil
1 pk Cheese tortellini; (9 oz) un

Recipe by: Fresh Food Favorites Preparation Time: 0:15 In a skillet,
combine mushrooms, onions, oil, and garlic. Cover and simmer until
mushrooms are tender, stirring once. Add remaining ingredients except
tortellini. Mix well. Re-cover, for 10 to 15 minutes or until
mixture is hot and flavors are blended, stirring once. Add
tortellini. Re-cover and heat until tortellini are tender, stirring
once. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
