Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
6 c Torn fresh spinach
1/4 Small red onion, thinly -
Sliced
1 Apple, chopped
1/4 c 2% plain yogurt
2 tb Apple juice
1 1/2 ts Cider vinegar
1/4 ts Salt
Pinch of pepper
In salad bowl, toss together spinach, onion and apple. Whisk together
yogurt, apple juice, vinegar, salt and pepper; toss with salad to
